Szia Gift – Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions
- The Operator:
- This website and its services are operated by S-Trade Marketing Kft., a legal entity registered in Budapest, Hungary.
- Registered Office:
- 1065 Budapest, Nagymező u. 54-56.
- The Service:
- Szia Gift provides a digital platform for the purchase of gift vouchers for a variety of services, including dining, accommodation, spa, aviation, workshops, and mobility.
- Role of Distributor:
- S-Trade Marketing Kft. acts as the Distributor of these vouchers. The actual services are provided by independent third-party Partners.
2. Voucher Validity and Redemption
- Standard Validity:
- All vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase, unless explicitly stated otherwise on the voucher.
- Redemption:
- To utilize the service, the customer must present a valid voucher in digital or printed form to the Partner.
- Advance Booking:
- For services such as hotel stays, spa treatments, aviation experiences, and workshops, customers are required to coordinate and book directly with the Partner in advance, subject to the Partner's availability.
- Partial Use:
- If a monetary voucher is used for a transaction lower than the voucher's face value, the remaining balance may be kept as credit for future use within the original validity period, subject to the Partner's policy.
3. Sector-Specific Terms
- Accommodation:
- Vouchers for hotel stays do not include local Tourism Tax (IFA), which must be settled directly with the hotel upon arrival or departure.
- Aviation & Mobility:
- These services are strictly subject to weather conditions and safety protocols. The Partner reserves the right to reschedule services for safety reasons.
- Dining:
- Vouchers are valid for food and beverages as specified and cannot be used to cover service gratuities (tips) unless stated.
- Workshops:
- Participation is subject to minimum attendance requirements as defined by the Partner providing the workshop.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
- 14-Day Right of Withdrawal:
- In compliance with European Union consumer protection laws, customers may cancel their purchase within 14 days of the transaction, provided the voucher has not been redeemed.
- Refund Process:
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Cancellation of Scheduled Services:
- Once a customer has confirmed a specific booking date with a Partner, the Partner's individual cancellation policy applies. Failure to attend a scheduled appointment ("No-Show") may result in the voucher being forfeited.
5. Loss and Responsibility
- Security:
- Szia Gift is not responsible for the loss, theft, or unauthorized use of a voucher once it has been delivered to the customer's designated email address.
- Technical Support:
- Upon request, Szia Gift may re-send a digital voucher file to the original purchasing email address.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Platform Responsibility:
- Szia Gift is responsible for the technical operation of the website and the successful delivery of the digital voucher.
- Service Delivery:
- The Partner is solely responsible for the quality, safety, and execution of the service or product provided. S-Trade Marketing Kft. shall not be held liable for any damages, injuries, or dissatisfaction arising from the Partner's performance.
